Calling all graphix enthusiast,

Disaster is a place for your creative minds. Where a simple lineart can be a work of art by using your weapon of choice. This is an old hobby of ours (with my friends) way back 1999. It’s origin is from Halfproject.com for those who are doing graphic design using Adobe Photoshop 4-5 you know Halfproject or not! (Grabe PS 4 1998 pa ata to)

So basically the rule is to create an image from a lineart, whatever design you come up with it’s ok, just have fun and be creative. We are going to provide the lineart then the artist will improvise using Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks or Paint just to name a few.

The Dimension of the submitted images should be 500×500 and should be in JPEG format. All images can be send to disasterprojek@yahoo.com and don’t forget to put the word “DISASTER” on the finished product and put some information to the email in this format:

Your Name or Screen Name (wow parang artista)
Email Address
Website (if only)

The “aerosol can” and the “cupid” were the linearts, no colors and no effects. I don’t have the lineart for these to anymore. Then after minutes or hours of work here are the result.

Anyone can also put comments on the images, then the one who have the most comment will be in the “Wreckage of your Choice”. The lineart will be posted here at the 15th and the 30th of the month. So that there will be 2 weeks of prep time. Then all submitted images will be posted the following day. This is open to anyone and let’s just call it your “Violent Playgound” (hahaha) Everybody are welcome!
